Morgan Hill Horses

My Morgan Hill shoot last weekend was a two-parter. After the dogs, Ovid and Louve, came 5 horses who live on the ranch. There are three males: Daas, Russ and a nippy 2-year old named Wysi (short for Wysiwig) and two females: Arminda, a beautiful bay, and Phoebe, a painted mare.
The guys were about to eat so they were in a smaller enclosure but the Phoebe and Arminda were in a big open field and I got to see them exercise and stretch their legs as sundown hit. It was quite something. Wysi proved to be the practical joker in the group (he went for my camera and shoes a couple of times) and we also had a guest pygmy goat named Little Miss Goat pay a visit during the shoot. Dogs, horses and goats all in one afternoon. I think I’ll be going back to Morgan Hill.

Love the angles and the intermingling subjects in “Wysiwig, Russ and Daas!”
