Cosmo and Elsa

Weekend before last I had the pleasure of photographing Cosmo (named after the father in Moonstruck) and Elsa: two senior Dachshunds living over in Potrero Hill. The two constantly reminded me of an older couple who’ve lived together for years and just know how the game is played. My favorite shot was one I was worried wouldn’t turn out — they love to poke their heads around the top of the stairs when their dad comes home — but I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
