I’m a big fan of interesting pet names though, when I first heard about Coop I didn’t think much of it because I assumed it was short for Cooper. Not so. Apparently Coop was kept *cooped* up a lot before he was rescued through Rocket Dog and there you have it, a name with a little black humor to it.

Coop is a handsome Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (maybe with a little Kelpy or Pit thrown in) with bright eyes and an adorable flopping ear. He’s really into pine cones (see below), likes to sit in chairs and cocks his legs in a fairly unique way when he’s in a down. All in all, Coop will definitely be a My Mutt star when his poster shows up at a Pet Food Express near you.
