You know you’re in the presence of creative genius when you meet a dog who’s going out for Halloween as Frida Kahlo and actually pulls it off. I met this out-of-the-box costume designer at a fundraiser for Wonder Dog Rescue on Friday night. Brilliant, just Brilliant.  See all shots below

    Most original, for sure. You wouldn’t find that anywhere near Raleigh. More like Dale Earnhardt.
