Grace: Beautiful Dog in Need of a Loving Home

Posted on 12. Mar, 2010 by Mark in Dogs, Pet Food Express My Mutt, client sneak peeks

Of all the BADRAP  pit bulls and former Michael Vick dogs I’ve photographed over the last few weeks I have to say Grace is about the sweetest. She’s gentle, quiet, has a near-constant doggy grin and just received her Canine Good Citizen award. She also happens to be available for adoption (scroll down to learn more)

Like her friends Jonny Justice and Uba, Grace was rescued from Michael Vick’s Bad Newz Kennels and is going to be featured on a My Mutt poster at Pet Food Express. Join in and help us pick the winning shot. And please spread the word that Grace is looking for a good home. If you or anyone you know might be interested, please check out BADRAP and contact them for more details.

The “can’t-say-no-to-me” shot shows her smile and sweet nature. Someone will be very lucky to add Grace to their family.

I agree with Crissie – I’ve always wished I could be Grace’s adopter. Alas, I would have to change the policy at a housing megacorporation that won’t even do pools or rooftop decks for the bother of insurance. I vote for “can’t-say-no-to-me look.” Dogspeed home, Gracie!

I vote for “think how much she will smile when she’s adopted”-like the “can’t say no to me”, it clearly shows how loving her nature is, and gives a clear indication on how devoted she will be to her new family!

Love the “Have you ever seen cuter ears?” pic, with the tongue and crazy ears flapping! Captures her personality (I assume; I’ve never met her!). She’s adorable!

She is so sweet. I’m so in love. If my girl Stella wasn’t almost 11 and happy to be the only dog in the house, I’d take her in a heart beat! I love the last pic best with the smile and the ears- so cute!

What is the deal with this little beauty!?! Shouldn’t she be all settled in with her permanent family by now? She sounds and looks like such a catch… must be she’s waiting for Mr./Mrs. Right. It takes a long time to find the best families sometimes. All the best to you, little lady Grace. Badrap ROCKS for all that they do for all of these souls. I can’t ever go to their site without tears rolling down my cheeks.

What a lovely pitty. Been a long time with no forever home. It’s still hard for me to even think about Michael Vick. He didn’t know dog fighting was illegal? That one really takes the cake. I pray the right person has seen these precious photos and will give her a home very soon. God bless you Grace

Photo #1: “Grace”. She somehow knows she has a sad past story, but she is patienly waiting for her future story to happen because she has worked so hard to please the humans who have cared enough.
