Sriracha: A Cat with a Saucy Name
Posted on 04. May, 2010 by Mark in Cats, Pet Food Express My Mutt, client sneak peeks
I’ve been having a nice run of cat sessions lately (wait ’til you see my special Cinqo de Mayo post tomorrow). Last week, I went to photograph a cat named Dylan (his dad is a major Bobby D fan) for a My Mutt session over near Golden Gate Park. I was told Dylan was a little skittish when it came to doorbells so I called before I got there to avoid any kitty drama. Unfortunately, the repairman who showed up and rang the bell right when arrived hadn’t gotten the memo. As a result, Dylan was an extremely unhappy camper and in no mood for the pet paparazzi. Fortunately, his housemate, Sriracha (not sure if he was named after the town in Thailand or the sauce), was there to save the day. As a pinch hitter, he did just fine, though. Check him out…
Please vote for me! It’s a tight race for the Best Bay Area Pet Photographer in 2010.

The top one looks like he’s emerging from a giant cup of cappuccino. But “Table for One” looks like he’s checking out a guillotine. Curiosity and the cat, indeed!

Just look at those pupil dilated in the second photo. Eeek! Kitty kat ready to strike
As always, beautiful photos Mark.
