Sophie and Rufus: Greyhounds on Safari

Posted on 20. May, 2010 by Mark in Dogs, Pet Food Express My Mutt, client sneak peeks

A few weeks back I had the opportunity to finish up a My Mutt assignment I’d begun in April with a pack of senior greyhounds living up in Novato right near Wine Country. Our first shoot was limited to indoors because of rain so we had to wait a few weeks before phase two. It was worth it because we ended up in a beautiful marshland at dusk. Throughout the entire shoot I kept feeling like I was on safari – especially with Sophie who kept bolting through the high grass like a gazelle throughout the session (hard to believe she’s a senior dog). Check these two guys out and let us know what shots you like for a My Mutt poster…

Oh how I love me some greyhounds :) ) Such beautiful, gentle, graceful dogs *sigh*. Great photos as usual Mark. Love the “bottom in the air” shot. It slays me too =)
