Pups were aplenty at Upper Douglass Dogpark last Saturday for the annual Dogtoberfest celebration and raffle. This year the proceeds are to go toward completely fencing off the park which is enclosed on three of four sides. Judging from the enthusiastic crowd I have a feeling the financial goals were met.

Ho, ho, ho! The onslaught of holiday-card photo sessions continues. Last Sunday I had my last Holiday photo session of the season at the new Sports Basement in Potrero Hill. It’s a pet-friendly store and they decided to have a dog social. I had a table along with MetroTails dogwalking service and the SF SPCA

Yesterday I hung out at the Java Beach Cafe off the Great Highway near Ocean Beach for the first annual Very Puppy Christmas a fund-raiser and adoption fair put on by the John Miller Program with Candy Churilloand Rocket Dog Rescue
