Blinkin’ is a Chihuahua-Jack-Russell-Dachshund mix rescued through the Milo Foundation and adorable really only starts to describe him. His mom is going to have a real challenge picking out the best shot for his poster because he really doesn’t take a bad photo. A star is born.
