I had just such a client last week — I nice man named Dan with two Chihuahua’s named Flower and Blossom (Blossom is actually a mix but we won’t get hung up on that). We had our main shoot a few weeks back but, at the time, Dan indicated that he often took the dogs to Whole Foods after their park outing in the evenings and he really wanted to capture that.

So, part two happened last week and I have to say I really haven’t see anything this cute in quite a while. I think the Whole Foods folks may have found some new spokesdogs.

This is not to be confused with the venerable Chihuahua Cha Cha that’s still held up at Corona Heights but, boy, this is one well-attended event. There were easily 75 small dogs there along with their owners and an onsite concession with tiny costumes and dog-treats provided by a local dog boutique. Needless to say, the cuteness factor was extremely high. You can see all the best shots I took in an online gallery but  I’ve taken the liberty of posting my faves below…
