Moxie was adopted from the San Francisco SPCA a couple of years ago by one of the founders of Dogster, the social networking site that I host a weekly photo caption contest for every week. We had a really fun session that ended up in a great Potrero Hill park in where we wrapped things up with some action shots, including a non-intended run-in with a stick you’ll see below.

On Sunday I had the chance to roll around with an adorable little Chihuahua-Dachshund mix named Olive who came to my outdoor studio for her first professonal pet photography session. She handled it like a complete and utter pro and I have a feeling this won’t be the last time she gets in front of a camera. Olive, I can’t wait to meet you again when you’re older.
